Shipping policy

We at Porous Poetry are keen on providing customers with the best hence, we partner only with reputed and trusted delivery partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, Professional couriers for customers from India.

Our standard shipping duration is 10 to 15 working days for domestic orders. However, the shipping duration of the product shall vary at times depending on the product demand and availability since most of our products are hand crafted and made to order. All orders will be processed for shipping within 4 working days upon order confirmation.

Changes to the shipping address stated during the time of order shall be accepted on if the product has not been shipped.

Porous Poetry shall not be liable for delays by the shipment partners, however, we will help you track the product and make sure that it reaches you safely.

Once the tracking number is shared, the organization's part in shipment ends there. The customer and the third-party shipping company shall directly communicate incase of any information regarding the shipment, i.e. the time, transit information etc.
