Cancellation, Exchanges And Return

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, we shall provide you with an option to replace the ordered product with another product. In no manner shall we provide any refund of the ordered product.

In the case where your order gets cancelled from our end for some reason, we shall notify you about the same. We will also take all efforts to refund the amount paid by yourself to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Porous Poetry puts utmost effort in showcasing the products as realistic as possible with the colour, appearance etc. Please note that the colour of the products might slightly vary in person, any return/ exchange on these criteria shall not be accepted.

We shall accept return and/or exchange of product only if the same is damaged in transit and is notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Additionally, customers are requested to do an unboxing video once the product has been received, that helps us to confirm in case if the product has been damaged in transit. In such an event, please write to us info@porouspoetry.com  with your order number, registered email address and attach the images of the product received. Our team will get in touch with you for further process of exchange/return.

Products purchased during the sale are non-refundable.
